Paul Thomas Wasilewski was born and raised in New Jersey, USA. He speaks fluent Polish, and spent summers their as a child. He plays the character of Stefan Salvatore, a Vampire that falls in love with Elena. He also had roles in "24" playing Stephen and in Killer Movie playing Jake Tanner .
